I had been trying to look for a house for quite some time with another realtor but had a bad experience with being ghosted! I met Lauren at one of the open houses I went to and after that bad experience called her up. I worked with Lauren, Kaley, Jennifer, and Wemert Group Realty, everyone was so helpful throughout the process, it was absolutely an amazing experience and can't recommend them enough! They were super helpful throughout the entire home-buying process and didn't disappeared after closing, they’ve continued to answer all my questions even after the sale. (Which are a lot haha!!) As a first-time homebuyer, I really appreciated all the guidance and support every step of the way. They provided so much info about what to look out for when maintenancing the house, what to do after sale etc. Thank you so much for making the experience smooth and stress-free!

Rich was great, we interviewed 5 realtors, and knew right away that Rich was our guy. He was available day and night, even on weekends. He didn't say he could get us an unrealistic amount. His number was what we figured going into this, and we had an accepted offer in three days
