I just sold my townhouse with the help of Wemert Realty, and I cannot overstate how much they helped me. The entire team, but especially my primary realtor Art Bond, helped me at every stage of the process in ways I did not expect a business would. I had rented out the townhouse, and my renters left my property in a nightmarish state. Art knew vendors that could take care of every problem, and because of their existing working relationship with Wemert Group, many of them would take payment at closing- which was an absolute lifesaver for me. Art was there himself a few times helping me with some of the lighter work that had to be done. My property went from something you'd see on reality tv to SOLD in about 3 months- including a break for the winter holidays. And I had to do little more than sign on some dotted lines. I had never sold property until now. Art was incredibly patient with me and was happy to explain every part of the process that I was not familiar with. He's funny, thoughtful, and beyond kind. I never had a single problem during the process from Wemert's side of things. I had some problems with the HOA, but Wemert was there to fight for me so that I didn't have to spend my time trying to do it on my own. Communication was amazing. I was never in the dark, and had complete records of every part of the process. If I'm ever buying or selling property in their area of coverage again, I will be using their services. I cannot recommend Wemert enough.
